Ash cloud... again!

I had a feeling this would happen and it did. Due to the ash cloud in Iceland, KLM/KLM Cityhopper decided to suspend a few flights to northern England. The flights are to Aberdeen ABZ, Glasgow GLA, Edinburgh EDI and Newcastle NCL. This has effect on my flights, because a good bit of passengers were connecting in Amsterdam to head to India and the USA on Delta, but we have some passengers that just came in from India and the USa that have to head that way. Rebooking is almost not possible, because BA and other airlines have also cancelled their flights. Let's hope it doesn't get any worse, because the more the backlog the harder it will be to get people to their final destinations within a reasonable time period.

We've learned how to do certains things a little bit better since the last didaster, but with Mother Nature one never knows. Fingers crossed! Let me head to Schiphol now to see what I can do to help.
