Den Haag/The Hague
I'm spending my weekend in The Hague with my cousin Michelle. Michelle is 18 years old and came to Holland in July after she completed her VWO study in Aruba. She is now studying at the Haagse Hogeschool in Den Haag. I like Michelle... she's nice.

Michelle & me at Walibi a few weeks ago
So anyway Michelle found a slamming apartment in Den Haag, which she shares with another Aruban girl called Saminah. Nice girl as well and they get along pretty good. They share, because the rent alone is € 900,- excluding everything. But that's what you get if you want to live in a premium location in Den Haag close to the train station.

Saminah

Michelle in her then empty bedroom

Kitchen including microwave, oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer

The 3rd bedroom was made into a walk-in closet for both girls

The apartment came with a washer and dryer
So during her first weeks here in Holland I helped Michelle shop for furniture at Ikea and things for school, like her laptop etc.

Michelle checking out her laptop at my house a few weeks back. We bought it at Media Markt in Rotterdam
I decided to come to Den Haag and help install some stuff on her laptop and maybe we'll go out tonight and see what this great city has to offer. Den Haag is cool. Not as cool as my Rotterdam, but still cool.
Anyway have a great weekend everyone!
